Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapeutic technique that focuses on the rhythm of the craniosacral system—the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By using light touch, practitioners assess and release restrictions in the craniosacral system, promoting overall wellness and healing.

Newborns: CST can help newborns by gently addressing issues such as birth trauma, colic, digestive discomfort, sleep disturbances, and difficulty latching during breastfeeding. It supports the development of the central nervous system and can help soothe infants with sensitive systems.

Children: Children can benefit from CST for conditions like ADHD, ear infections, anxiety, sinus problems, and developmental delays. The therapy is calming and non-invasive, making it ideal for younger patients.

Pregnancy: During pregnancy, CST can help alleviate discomfort caused by pelvic misalignment, headaches, lower back pain, and fluid retention. It can also support emotional well-being and prepare the body for labour by encouraging balance and relaxation.

Adults: For adults, CST can ease chronic pain, migraines, stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages. It is often used to treat conditions like fibromyalgia, TMJ dysfunction, and post-traumatic stress, helping the body and mind release tension and restore balance.

Walk and Talk Therapy offers a refreshing alternative to traditional in-office sessions. Instead of sitting in a room, we take our conversations outside, walking side-by-side through Springbank Park. This approach combines the proven benefits of movement and fresh air with therapeutic support, helping many clients feel more relaxed, grounded, and open.

Being outdoors can reduce stress, improve mood, and foster a sense of ease that encourages deeper reflection. Walking naturally supports the therapeutic process—creating rhythm, reducing eye contact pressure, and often making it easier to express difficult emotions.

Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply prefer a more dynamic setting, Walk and Talk Therapy can be a powerful path to healing and growth.

All routes through Springbank Park are planned with privacy and comfort in mind.

Hi there, I’m Izzy and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) here at Rebirth! I am also a wife, a mom, a daughter, a sister, a friend and a member of your community. There are so many layers to who we are and as a new or seasoned parent, it can be difficult to find balance in juggling all these pieces, expectations and to-do lists. It can be so overwhelming and at times, isolating.

I want you to know that you are not alone and that I would be honoured to support you. My approach to therapy is centred around the client’s experience and I strive to integrate authentic and genuine connection, humour and safety into the therapeutic space.

Our work together might be scary, uncomfortable, difficult and exhausting, and it also might be liberating, empowering, comforting and exactly what you need. I will encourage reflection and exploration of narratives, beliefs or patterns that may no longer serve you while highlighting your strengths and introducing practical skills to find clarity and promote change. I am going to meet you where you are, and help you walk through the ‘big’ and ‘little’ things that are keeping you stuck.

Pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, relationships, work… life (!) doesn’t have to feel so unmanageable. Sometimes all we need is someone to see us exactly as we deserve to be seen, to help the pieces fall into place and for us to feel we can breathe again. I can be that person for you, and I can’t wait to hear from you soon.

I then transitioned into healthcare, where I worked in Women’s Health and then both paediatric and adult emergency departments within the hospital setting. My practice is guided by trauma informed care, unconditional positive regard, empowerment and collaboration. It is my passion to help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. I am also excited to be working with couples as I believe that our personal relationships can offer our greatest opportunities for growth and healing.

Hi, I’m Kelsey.

I’m a mother of three, a spouse, a sister, a friend, and a community advocate. Each of these roles has taught me about love, resilience, messiness, and growth — and all of that is at the heart of how I walk alongside those I support.

Therapy has been deeply transformative for me. It has — and continues to — support me through the many layers of motherhood, while helping me reconnect with myself in ways I didn’t know I needed. That lived experience is what led me to this work, and my hope is to offer that kind of space to you.

Parenthood can be both beautiful and emotionally complex. It can expand you while also leaving you feeling undone. My intention is to meet you exactly where you are — to hold space for your truth, your fears, and your questions. To walk alongside you through whatever you’re carrying. To offer support and reflection, while gently holding you accountable as you move toward healing, growth, or simply more understanding.

I believe in real, honest connection — not perfection. Healing and growth look different for everyone, and there is room for you to be exactly who and where you are.

Motherhood can be a beautiful time of blissful joy. It can also be drastically different than expectations and involve feelings of confusion, overwhelm, and devastating sorrow. When our reality differs from our dreams and we find ourselves struggling, there is opportunity, and there is hope! I author my journey of motherhood as one of unravelling and rebirth- and what a gift it all has been. I believe motherhood is a privilege, as well as one of the most difficult roles in the world, and one that no woman should experience alone. I believe that every story deserves a space to be told, and every woman deserves the opportunity to feel confidence, joy, connection and vitality in her mind, body, spirit, and relationships.

Motherhood is an opportunity for love to bloom- love for self, baby, family, and community. For over ten years, I have worked with individuals, children, and families. My passion for supporting women and mothers is inspired by my experiences of bearing witness to the life stories of adults and children alike, as well as being a mother myself. I believe that women and mothers are the foundation of our communities; the thread that weaves us all together who are uniquely poised to build vibrant and connected communities. However, to do this we first must have the opportunity to be well ourselves.

My practice is relational, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. Above all I aim to create a warm, safe, and compassionate space for you to explore and nourish your mind and spirit. I believe you have inherent wisdom and endeavour to help you grow to trust it. I incorporate strengths-based and solution focused approaches into practice and have specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P). I am currently completing a Canadian Certificate in Perinatal Mental Health (CC-PMH) and am a Registered Social Worker in Ontario holding both a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) and Master of Social Work.

I support women wherever they may be in relation to motherhood including throughout the perinatal period, with experiences such as mood and anxiety concerns, identity transitions, parenting, loss, and relationships. Within this role, I am constantly humbled and amazed at the strength and love of mothers that defy all natural laws. It is my hope that mothers celebrate their innate beauty and love themselves with grace, giving themselves permission to be present, not perfect. I would be delighted to walk with you on your journey of motherhood to support you in making it what your heart truly values!
