Registered Psychotherapy (Qualifying)
A Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) therapists have successfully completed a Master's level program or its equivalent in psychotherapy. They are actively accumulating the required supervised clinical experience hours and are receiving regular supervision from a fully registered RP. Generally, insurance plans that cover Registered Psychotherapists will also cover RP (Qualifying) therapists, though some insurers may require additional information like the supervisor's details for reimbursement. The receipts we issue from Rebirth will have the supervisor's name and license number so you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Psychotherapy is primarily a talk-based therapy and is intended to help people improve and maintain their mental health and well-being. Psychotherapy can help you manage a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges by providing a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It can help you develop coping mechanisms, improve your relationships, and enhance your overall well-being.

Psychodiagnostic Assessment for Youth
This is a Mental Health Assessment. A Comprehensive evaluation of an individuals mental and emotional state. The full assessment Investigates mental health and some neurodevelopmental diagnoses (e.g., anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma-related disorders, autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder amongst others). Time involved is 10 to 20 hours, depending on the situation.
Psychodiagnostic Assessments are priced at $235.00 per hour. The total cost of an
assessment is dependent on the total time spent to complete it, which is variable due to our
individualized approach. The fee typically ranges from $2350.00 to $4700.00 (10 to 20 hours of
work).
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to provide a more precise estimate of this cost up front, as
the ultimate course of an assessment can only be determined based on data collected once it is
already underway. We make every effort to conduct assessments in a manner that is
transparent, so that pricing can be anticipated and tracked as the process unfolds.
Psychoeducational Assessments for Youth
Psychoeducational Assessments involve the examination of cognitive and academic functioning, as well
as various information processing skills essential to learning (e.g., memory, processing speed,
phonological processing, visual-motor integration). In addition to identifying learning disabilities, our
Psychoeducational Assessments can detect other sorts of impairments that may compromise cognitive
performance, such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), executive functioning difficulties,
and adaptive skills deficits. Finally, these assessments screen for mental health concerns and, if
warranted, a more comprehensive Psychodiagnostic Assessment will be recommended based on these
preliminary mental health results.
The results of Psychoeducational Assessments can inform practical recommendations for supporting
learning at home and school or functioning in the workplace. All assessments include the production of a
written report that can be used in the school system to assist in the development of an Individualized
Education Plan (IEP).

Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy offers a refreshing alternative to traditional in-office sessions. Instead of sitting in a room, we take our conversations outside, walking side-by-side through Springbank Park. This approach combines the proven benefits of movement and fresh air with therapeutic support, helping many clients feel more relaxed, grounded, and open.
Being outdoors can reduce stress, improve mood, and foster a sense of ease that encourages deeper reflection. Walking naturally supports the therapeutic process—creating rhythm, reducing eye contact pressure, and often making it easier to express difficult emotions.
Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply prefer a more dynamic setting, Walk and Talk Therapy can be a powerful path to healing and growth.
All routes through Springbank Park are planned with privacy and comfort in mind.
