Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapeutic technique that focuses on the rhythm of the craniosacral system—the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By using light touch, practitioners assess and release restrictions in the craniosacral system, promoting overall wellness and healing.
Newborns: CST can help newborns by gently addressing issues such as birth trauma, colic, digestive discomfort, sleep disturbances, and difficulty latching during breastfeeding. It supports the development of the central nervous system and can help soothe infants with sensitive systems.
Children: Children can benefit from CST for conditions like ADHD, ear infections, anxiety, sinus problems, and developmental delays. The therapy is calming and non-invasive, making it ideal for younger patients.
Pregnancy: During pregnancy, CST can help alleviate discomfort caused by pelvic misalignment, headaches, lower back pain, and fluid retention. It can also support emotional well-being and prepare the body for labour by encouraging balance and relaxation.
Adults: For adults, CST can ease chronic pain, migraines, stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages. It is often used to treat conditions like fibromyalgia, TMJ dysfunction, and post-traumatic stress, helping the body and mind release tension and restore balance.

Holistic Facial and Lymphatic Drainage
IV Therapy Clinic
IV therapy is a wellness treatment that delivers fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream to support overall health and hydration. By bypassing the digestive system, nutrients are absorbed more efficiently, which may help optimize energy levels, immune function, and metabolic processes. Many people use IV therapy as part of a preventive health routine to address nutrient deficiencies or support recovery from stress and fatigue. When administered by trained professionals, IV therapy is generally positioned as a complementary approach to maintaining general well-being rather than a substitute for medical care. It can be particularly appealing for addressing fatigue, stress, or nutritional gaps that may arise from pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or breastfeeding.
