Cesarean Scar Release Therapy
Our non-invasive method of Scar Release Treatment focuses on releasing restrictive and painful scar tissue, helping mamas return to life more comfortably. Your increased mobility and comfort will improve your capacity to take the best care of yourself and your family.
This technique involves the simultaneous application of safe, low-level electrical impulses to both sides of the scar. These micro-current levels help to relax and release scar tissue, which can prohibit muscle functioning and cause pain.
Chiropractic Care
One of the largest primary-contact health care professions in Ontario, chiropractic is a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the neuromusculoskeletal system. Chiropractors use a combination of treatments, all of which are predicated on the specific needs of the individual patient. A chiropractor can develop and carry out a comprehensive treatment/management plan, recommend therapeutic exercise and other non-invasive therapies, and provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counselling. Chiropractors provide conservative management of neuromusculoskeletal disorders including, but not limited to, back, neck and, head pain.
Individual Counselling

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapeutic technique that focuses on the rhythm of the craniosacral system—the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By using light touch, practitioners assess and release restrictions in the craniosacral system, promoting overall wellness and healing.
Newborns: CST can help newborns by gently addressing issues such as birth trauma, colic, digestive discomfort, sleep disturbances, and difficulty latching during breastfeeding. It supports the development of the central nervous system and can help soothe infants with sensitive systems.
Children: Children can benefit from CST for conditions like ADHD, ear infections, anxiety, sinus problems, and developmental delays. The therapy is calming and non-invasive, making it ideal for younger patients.
Pregnancy: During pregnancy, CST can help alleviate discomfort caused by pelvic misalignment, headaches, lower back pain, and fluid retention. It can also support emotional well-being and prepare the body for labour by encouraging balance and relaxation.
Adults: For adults, CST can ease chronic pain, migraines, stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages. It is often used to treat conditions like fibromyalgia, TMJ dysfunction, and post-traumatic stress, helping the body and mind release tension and restore balance.
Holistic Nutrition
Instead of focusing on just one aspect of the person, or taking a one size fits all methodology, holistic nutrition evaluates the complete health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits and current diet habits of an individual to determine the root cause of his or her health issues.
