Reflexology and Reiki
Reflexology supports the whole body return to homeostasis through accessing pressure points on the foot and is beneficial to the nervous system as it eliminates stress from the body. Reflexology sessions are known to promote the removal of toxins from the body, improve digestion and our circulatory system, and improve our quality of sleep. Clients report feeling lighter, more calm, more able to surrender and feel more optimistic about their future.
Reiki is a Japanese word for spiritually guided life force energy (Rei = spiritually guided, ki = life force energy). It is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Often referred to as Energy Healing, Reiki is administered by "laying of the hands" by way of light touch on the body or hovering in the body's aura. When our Ki, or life force energy, is low we are more susceptible to stress and illness. When our Ki is high we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
